Wines chosen from the cellar to match the menu. Dessert finishes with Le Trio, the soufflé, or the ginger crème brûlée.

A deposit holds the date.

Seven days notice is the minimum for an event.

Dietary notes, including vegetarian, gluten free, and allergies, handled in advance.
